I enrolled my company in theLINDERgroup’s ‘selling services workshop’.  Kristin nailed this subject!  We covered key points that anyone selling services needs to know.  Unlike previous experiences with similar courses, we really ‘got it’ by the end.  Our critical payoff tool was a one page tool for accurately measuring account progress in identifying realistic business in order to spend time on only the essentials for marketing the intagible.  We will use this immediately.
